Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Forever Bath & Shower Inc. (“Forever Bath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit foreverbathsd.com, contact us, or request an estimate for a shower or bathroom remodel.
We are a home improvement contractor serving San Diego County, California. We are not in the business of selling personal information, and we never have been.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you fill out a form on our site, call us, or text us, we collect what you choose to share:
- Contact form: your name, phone number, email address, and the message you write.
- Shower Fit Guide: your name, phone number, email address, and your answers about what you want from your shower, your current shower type, your top priority, the investment range you are comfortable with, and your timeline.
- Calls, texts, and email: whatever you tell us in the course of the conversation.
- In-home consultations and estimates: your property address, details and measurements of your bathroom, photos of the space, and your product selections.
You do not have to give us any of this. If you do not, we may not be able to give you an accurate estimate or schedule a consultation.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs. Our website host records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited, and the date and time. This is used to keep the site running, secure, and free of spam.
- Spam prevention. Our forms include a hidden field used to detect automated submissions.
- Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is visible to Google when the font files load. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Sensitive information
Please do not send us health or medical information. Our work often supports safer, more accessible bathing, but we do not need — and do not ask for — details about your health conditions, diagnoses, or medical history. If you volunteer such information, we use it only to understand what you want built and we do not share it for any other purpose.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- Respond to your question or request;
- Prepare an estimate and recommend products and layouts that fit your home;
- Schedule and carry out a consultation, measurement, or installation;
- Prepare and administer a written home improvement contract, including permits, warranty, and payment;
- Send you information you asked for, and follow up about your project;
- Keep records required by California law and by our insurers and licensing authorities;
- Maintain, secure, and improve our website; and
- Comply with the law, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights.
3. Calls and text messages
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you at that number about your inquiry and your project, by phone call or text message, including through an automated system.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive marketing texts in order to get an estimate or to hire us.
- Message frequency varies based on your project and your conversation with us.
- Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
- To stop: reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at (619) 613-2686.
- We do not share your mobile number or your consent to be texted with third parties for their own marketing. Your opt-in to receive texts from us is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may also ask us at any time to stop calling or texting you by emailing support@foreverbathsd.com.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only in these situations:
- Service providers who work on our behalf. This includes our website host and form processor, our phone and text messaging provider, our email provider, and — if you move forward with a project — our scheduling, e-signature, and payment processors. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Our crews and suppliers, to the extent needed to measure, order materials for, and install your project.
- A lender you choose, if you apply for financing. Any credit application you submit is governed by that lender’s own privacy policy and terms, not ours.
- Professional advisors and insurers, such as our attorneys, accountants, and insurance carriers.
- Legal and safety reasons, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Forever Bath, our customers, or the public.
- A business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy.
5. We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell the personal information of anyone, including consumers under 16 years of age.
6. Cookies and tracking
Our website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. We do not track you across other websites, and we have no mechanism to respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because we do not perform that kind of tracking in the first place.
If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
7. How long we keep information
If you contact us but do not become a customer, we keep your inquiry only as long as we reasonably need it to follow up, and then delete it on request.
If you become a customer, we keep project and contract records for as long as California law requires for home improvement contracts, and for as long as needed to honor our workmanship warranty, resolve disputes, and satisfy tax, licensing, and insurance obligations. After that, we delete or de-identify the records.
8. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, where we got it, why we collected it, and who we shared it with;
- Access a copy of that information;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to exceptions — for example, we must keep signed contracts and records tied to a completed project;
- Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of; and
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of work because you exercised a privacy right.
To make a request, email support@foreverbathsd.com or call (619) 613-2686. We will verify your identity by matching the information you give us against what we already hold — for example, the phone number or email you used to contact us. We will respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need more time.
You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof that you gave them written permission, and we may ask you to verify your own identity directly.
Shine the Light. California Civil Code § 1798.83 lets California residents ask about personal information shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information for that purpose.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections to our website and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or bank account details by email or text.
10. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are directed to adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites, such as a lender’s application page or a manufacturer’s product information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before giving them your information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
